“Dealing with Jake was an absolute pleasure!! Called him out to have a look at my rain water system as I thought my whole pump system went in the bin. Having been unprepared to spend an arm and a leg. I was thankfully handed Riverside EPG’s number from a friend - on short notice Jake had come out to fix the issue and much to my surprise told me it was only a faulty flow switch. Having been burned by the last guys I called out and emptying my pockets, Jake was the complete other side of the fence. “Emergency visit on a Saturday identified fault in circuit and isolated for safety. Returned to replace circuit breaker and check all connections. Communication with the owner Jakab was brilliant and electrician Barand was polite and helpful. He explained what needed to happen and followed up. “Had a new inline fan installed and ducting re-routed to the manhole by the lads at Riverside EPG. Wasn't the easiest job as it was a very tight space and the hole had to be cut in the ceiling to access the old fan. I appreciate your team sticking with it and getting it done, as it's been very difficult to get a business to accept the job. They were prompt to respond, and quoted a fair price for the job.
